Some of the jewelry didn't need to be taken apart and I just hung it as is!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere are also some vintage glass beads on this piece that I bought at a flea market. Most of the glass\/lampwork beads I received that day were from the 70s-80s. A genuine vintage chandelier crystal hangs from the top.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe apple slicer was polished using fine steel wool so it shines nicely. There are also some suncatcher crystals and beads.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt measures approximately 6\" wide by 19\" tall.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease take care when unboxing. While I do believe the structure will be fine, the wire at the top may need adjusting to hang flat and should bend fairly easily.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI do not recommend hanging this out in the elements. I think a covered porch or window is where this would be happiest. I do think it would hold up outside, however, I do not know if the chain might rust since it is simple costume jewelry. Now, don't let the fact that it is simple costume jewelry deter you from purchasing - the majority of costume jewelry chain is better quality than standard beading\/jewelry making chain!
