Anne of Green gables book 1972 edition Book 1 in Anne of Green gables series

This is the 1972 version of Anne of Green gables. This book is in good shape. The cover has the same image as the dust jacket. 

The cover had been wet at some point and is stained as you can see in the photos.

The pages don't appear to have much discoloration or staining. The only water stains are very light at the top corners of the first few pages. 

This is a grosset and Dunlap book. It has 299 pages
