Cutco cookbook world's finest cutlery volume 1 1956 vintage cookbook

This book has been well loved but it is still in very good solid condition. 

The paper seems to be missing from the spine which appears to be a pretty common issue with these books.

The pages are all in good shape. There may be some minor staining and discoloration and you might find a crease or a dog ear here and there. 

They are 128 pages and numerous terrific recipes and tips for cutting and preparing different meats and which knives to use to do so.
