French's oral readings for moderns a Samuel French published book 1939

This is not a French book. This is not a translation from a French book. This book is full of short stories and lectures from many different writers and publishers.

This book had some water damage at some point in its life. You can see on the dust jacket and you can see the stain on the spine of the cover itself. It has not affected any of the pages or the readability of this book. 

The pages in it are rather thick. It has 143 pages and no markings or imperfections with exceptions of discoloration due to age.
