Home sewing is easy. Vintage sewing comic book

This is a small booklet about home sewing. I am not sure of the year but I'm going to guess 1950s to 1960s. 

I am not sure if another cover came on this. It is staple bound but all of the contents and pages are there. It has 60 pages and it measures approximately 8 in by 5 1/4 with a very small spine. 

The paper is pretty fragile. As you can see there are corner creases and the front and back cover. Have a few small tears but it's nothing that affects the usage of the book. 

It's a pretty neat book to look through and it has some great information for beginning sewers and seasoned sewers alike!
