Mr. Spin-nose saalfield publishing game missing one yellow piece 1969 vintage board game. Four games in one

The game boards are still in good shape. The box shows somewhere as you can see in the pictures and the small paper game pieces also show somewhere it is missing one yellow game piece. The instructions are very simple and they are marked on a couple of the game board cards. This game was meant for ages 5 to 10 years old and it was made in 1969 by the Saalfield publishing company in Akron, Ohio.
