My better homes and gardens cookbook 3rd edition 1931 vintage cookbook binder

This binder cookbook is in good shape for its age. The fabric along the spine has detached as you can see in the photos and there may be a few binder ring holes that have torn on some of the pages, but all of the sections and all of the pages are there. 

There's no real markings or writing in the book. There's some discoloration and staining on the pages common with the age. This cookbook still has a lot of life left to it and some terrific old recipes to bring you back.

The binder measures approximately by 7 3/4 and the spine is just under 2 in
