This book is signed. It is addressed to Betty inside the first page. The book is in good shape. You can see a little bit of staining and discoloration on the dust jacket and cover. If there's any discoloration on the pages, it is very minimal. There is staining on the page edges, though. But all of the staining is minimal and coincides with the age.
The structure of the book is still very good. It has 125 pages and it measures approximately 7.25x 5.25 with a .5-in spine
