This book is in good shape for its age.

 It has some minor staining and discoloration which is common for this age and the style paper. 

This book is chock full of great statistical information and historical information about the state of Texas from the '50s. 

It has 672 pages. There are lots of ads. There is a map of Texas and as you can see from the photos the map has torn a little bit but it is still all there and it is large. It's a really cool book to have and to go through and a definite treasure for any Texan to own!
