This particular journal has 43 individual sheets of paper folded carefully into 3 signatures. Each signature is loosely bound with 6 long pieces of nature-colored jute.
Everything in this journal is removable and useable in other projects. That's where the "supply" part of the journal comes in. All pockets and envelopes are paperclipped on (with some awesome paperclips if I do say so myself!) All of the pages from the signatures are removable to use in junk journals you are making or to cut apart and use them as ephemera or embellishments.
I will say 95% of these journals are nature-themed. Items that are not nature-themed are neutral, basic pages (dyed papers, pockets, envelopes, etc)
